What is included in the Free plan?▾
The Free plan includes 2 Supabase instances, 1 migration per month, 2 backups per month, and 1 GB of storage. It covers database schema, data, and RLS policy migrations — perfect for trying out Stack2X before committing to a paid plan.
What is the difference between Starter, Pro, and Business?▾
Starter adds auth user and storage file migration on top of the database. Pro unlocks full instance migration including edge functions, secrets, auth configuration, and email templates. Business includes everything in Pro plus advanced configuration transfer (network restrictions, SSL, PostgREST, realtime, custom domains) and priority support.
How does billing work?▾
All paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves you two months compared to paying monthly. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from your account settings.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?▾
Yes. You can upgrade instantly and the new features become available right away. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then switches to the lower tier.
What happens when I hit my plan limits?▾
You will receive a notification when you approach your limits. Once a limit is reached, new migrations or backups are paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Existing data and completed migrations are never affected.
Do you support self-hosted Supabase migration?▾
Yes. Stack2X supports migration between cloud-hosted and self-hosted Supabase instances. You can migrate from self-hosted to cloud, cloud to self-hosted, or between two self-hosted instances.
How is my data secured during migrations?▾
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Backup files are encrypted at rest. Stack2X never stores your Supabase credentials — connection details are used only for the duration of the migration and discarded immediately after.
How does team collaboration work?▾
Each plan includes a set number of team member seats. Team members share the same organization, instances, and migration history. The organization owner can invite or remove members at any time from the dashboard.
Do you offer custom enterprise solutions?▾
Yes. For organizations that need higher limits, dedicated support, or custom migration workflows, contact us to discuss an enterprise agreement tailored to your needs.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?▾
There is no separate free trial — the Free plan itself lets you experience Stack2X with real migrations. When you are ready for more capacity or advanced features, upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
What is a migration pass?▾
A migration pass is a one-time purchase that lets you run a single migration without a subscription. It includes the same components as its matching plan tier. Passes are valid for 90 days from purchase.
Can I upgrade from a pass to a subscription?▾
Yes. After using your pass, you can upgrade to a monthly or yearly subscription anytime to get ongoing migrations, backups, and team collaboration features.
How long is a migration pass valid?▾
Migration passes are valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. You can use your single migration at any point during that period.
